Safe handling of CNC machining centers.
(1) Wear protective equipment before operation.
(2) The machine tool operator must grasp the function of each button and the precautions for operation. The protective door of the machine tool must be closed before machining. The tools around the machine must be neatly arranged.
(3) When operating the machine, pay attention to the contents of the warning signs on various parts of the machine. When the machine tool is powered on, the operator must never open and touch the machine with the lightning symbol on it and place it with a strong electrical device to prevent it from being damaged by electric shock. Turn off the machine when thundering. Otherwise, it will easily cause burnout of the module or loss of data changes, resulting in unnecessary losses.
(4) After the tool is clamped, it should be manually cut.
(5) During the operation of the machine tool, do not remove chips. Do not touch the moving parts of the machine by hand.
(6) When removing chips, professional tools should be used to avoid cutting the hands and feet by chips.
(7) When measuring the workpiece, it must be done before the machine stops.
(8) After the work is completed, the machine tool and control equipment must be cleaned, and the machine tool must be maintained in time. When servicing electrical devices, the power must first be switched off.
(9) After all work is completed, make sure to cut off the system power before leaving.
